Hagenbuch Election Night

Brent Hagenbuch, conservative Republican candidate for Texas Senate District 30, the seat being left vacant by the announced retirement of Senator Drew Springer, released the following statement:

“Since I first announced in late November, I have been humbled and amazed at the outpouring of support. We have built an organization and established a beachhead in each of the 11 counties.

“We faced tough competition in Mr. Yarbrough, Dr. de Moor, and Mr. Clark. But those who know me know I am a competitor. As a collegiate athlete and as a naval officer, I have trained and prepared for battle.

“My training at the US Naval Academy and as a decorated officer and company commander in the Seabees, I am equipped to build and to fight.

“We have built an organization, and I will fight every day between now and May 28 to win.

“I have served my nation in the US Navy, served my community in business and as a volunteer, served my Party as a Precinct Chair and County Party Chair. I am ready and prepared to serve this District in the Texas Senate.”

Brent Hagenbuch, conservative Republican candidate for Texas Senate District 30, the seat being left vacant by the announced retirement of Senator Drew Springer, released the following statement:

“When I heard the news around lunchtime today, it took my breath away. As a graduate of the US Naval Academy, proud Seabee, and decorated veteran, to earn the endorsement of Commander-in-Chief in this campaign is the most humbling honor imaginable.

“So many things are wrong in America today, including the invasion on the border, the economy, America’s image around the world, and the woke cultural decline. We can regain this nation and return sanity to the political process by returning Donald Trump to the White House.

“He approaches problems in the same America First, commonsense way as I do.

“I pledge to bring these principles with me to the Texas Senate.”

Hagenbuch Wins Final Round in Court and Heads Back to the Campaign Trail

Brent Hagenbuch is the conservative Republican candidate for Texas Senate District 30, the seat being left vacant by the announced retirement of Senator Drew Springer. His campaign released the following statement today:

“Just like Donald Trump’s opponents, our opponents thought they could win this election at the courthouse. Texas judges and Texas law favor allowing the voters to make decisions about who they elected to public office.

“One opponent thought she could win at District Court. She lost. Another opponent thought he could win at the Court of Appeals. He lost. The third opponent couldn’t afford a lawyer, so he filed a police report instead. He is lost.

“Each of our opponents knows they cannot win at the ballot box. Each of them thought they had a better chance with a judge than with the voters. This strategy has failed,” said Allen Blakemore, spokesman for the Brent Hagenbuch Campaign.

Brent Hagenbuch said, “I’m a pro-life conservative. I’ve earned endorsements from Gov. Greg Abbott, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, and a growing list of Senators, Sheriffs, and local leaders. Law enforcement, firefighters, and business groups all know I am the right person to represent this District in the Texas Senate.

“As a civil engineer and company commander in the US Navy, the Seabee motto is – We Build! We Fight! My commitment to you to build the Texas we are all proud of and fight to defend it,” Hagenbuch concluded.

Appeals Court Sides With Hagenbuch

Appeals Court Sides With Hagenbuch

Brent Hagenbuch is the conservative Republican candidate for Texas Senate District 30, the seat being left vacant by the announced retirement of Senator Drew Springer. His campaign released the following statement today:

“Brent Hagenbuch’s opponents, who have spent weeks trying to get a court to deprive the voters of a choice, were delt a stinging defeat late yesterday. In a unanimous opinion from the Second Court of Appeals, Jace Yarbrough’s frivolous claim was cast into the wastebin of history,” said Allen Blakemore, spokesman for the Brent Hagenbuch Campaign.

The Court wrote:
The court has considered relator Jace Yarbrough’s petition for writ of mandamus, relator’s supplement to his petition for writ of mandamus, and real party in interest Brent Allison Hagenbuch’s response to relator’s petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. Accordingly, relator’s petition for writ of mandamus is denied.
Per Curiam

“Unlike Courts in Colorado and Maine, Texas judges and Texas law favors the rights of voters to have a choice in who they elect to represent them in Austin. Brent Hagenbuch continues to campaign across the district and gain traction at every stop.

“State leaders like Gov. Greg Abbott, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, and local leaders including Sheriffs and Mayors across the district are endorsing Brent Hagenbuch. They know he is the right person to represent this district in the Texas Senate,” concluded Blakemore.

Efforts to Remove Hagenbuch From Ballot Fail Again

Efforts to Remove Hagenbuch From Ballot Fail Again

Brent Hagenbuch is the conservative Republican candidate for Texas Senate District 30, the seat being left vacant by the announced retirement of Senator Drew Springer. His campaign released the following statement today:

“Just like Donald Trump, Brent Hagenbuch’s opponents know they can’t beat him at the ballot box, so they seek to deny the voters the chance to vote for him.

“Opposition lawyers seemed dazed and confused, asking for extra time to prepare, as Hagenbuch’s counsel asserted his right to appear on the ballot and carefully explained the law.

“Brent Hagenbuch is a resident of Senate District 30 and is eligible to run. He has earned the endorsements of Governor Abbott, Lt. Governor Patrick, and local elected officials around the district. His campaign continues to attract tremendous support and great interest with voters,” said Allen Blakemore, spokesman for the Hagenbuch campaign.
